A: Plenti is the rewards program that lets you earn points in one place and use them at another, all with a single card. Earn points at Plenti partners like AT&T, Exxon, Macy’s, Mobil, Nationwide, and Rite Aid.


Plenti brings together great stores and businesses to give you savings and convenience - no more keeping track of different kinds of rewards programs. You can earn points fast and use them at certain Plenti partners. All that, and it’s free to join.

A: There’s no cost to join Plenti, it’s free to join.

A: You may have already received a Plenti card after starting the sign-up process with one of our Plenti partners.

The next step is to finish sign-up online to take full advantage of the rewards that Plenti offers. By finishing your sign-up online, you’ll get relevant, specially-selected offers that will help you earn points fast. And, after you finish signing up, once you’ve earned at least 200 points, you’ll be able to start using your points for savings at certain Plenti partners!

A: Your new card should arrive in the mail within 10-14 business days.

A: Plenti partners include AT&T, Exxon, Macy's, Mobil, Nationwide, Rite Aid, Alamo Rent A Car, Direct Energy, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Hulu, and National Car Rental.

A: No. You can pay for your purchases using any payment method that is accepted by the Plenti partner, such as cash, credit card or debit card.

A: Yes. The only exception is when shopping at Macy’s where you can simply use your linked Macy’s credit card.

A: No. With Plenti, one rewards card is all you need.


No matter where you received your Plenti rewards card, you can use that card at any participating Plenti partner- even if your card features a specific Plenti partner on the front.

A: To join Plenti, you must be at least 13 years old and reside in the United States or its territories. Businesses are not eligible to join Plenti as a member.

A: There are four main ways you can earn points with Plenti:


Earn points with Plenti partners

1. Present your Plenti card (or key tag, phone number or digital card in our mobile app at locations that accept them) at partner locations. Some of our partners let you link a Plenti account with your account with that partner. Then, earn points when you make eligible purchases. To earn points for certain purchases with AT&T, linking is required.


2. Some partners require you to activate relevant, specially-selected offers where you can earn Plenti points once you fulfill the offers’ purchase requirements. Other ways to earn points

3. Shop on the internet and earn points at hundreds of online retailers through the Plenti Online Marketplace. Please note – any purchase made through a third-partyretailer’s mobile app is not eligible for points.


4. Earn points by redeeming household offers with eligible supermarkets and other retailers after linking your store loyalty card to your Plenti account. You can also redeem offers by using your Plenti card at Rite Aid

A: Activating special offers from our partners allows you to boost your Plenti points balance. Just browse offers at plenti.com or on our mobile app, and activate the ones you like.


At Macy’s, Exxon and Mobil, you can earn points simply by making eligible purchases and presenting your Plenti rewards card at checkout.


With AT&T, you must link your myAT&T account to Plenti in order to earn Plenti points. Click here for more information on att.com.


At Rite Aid stores, you will have the opportunity to earn Plenti points on offers that do not require activation -- just look for in-store signage on Plenti points offers. Occasionally, other Plenti partners will have Plenti points offers in their stores or on their websites.

A: On December 31 each year, any points that are at least two (2) years old will expire. That means members will have at least two (2) years to use Plenti points.

A: Options differ from partner to partner. Please visit Plenti partners to learn how to use Plenti at that particular partner’s locations.

A: Check your points activity regularly at plenti.com or on the mobile app. We cannot credit points to your account until we receive information about your qualifying purchase from our Plenti partners. In most instances, we will receive this information instantly or within 48 hours; however, depending upon the partner, it can take up to 90 days for points to be added to your points balance.

A: For most online purchases that are shipped to you, partners do not fully process your transaction unless and until the item ships or is delivered, at which point Plenti receives the information required to credit you with points.

A: In some cases, Plenti points may not be released for up to 45 days after transaction. During this time, you’ll see them in your points activity as “pending.” You will be able to use these points once their status has been changed to “added” in your account.

A: No, you don’t need to save receipts to earn points. When you use your Plenti rewards card or other accepted identifier, points will be automatically updated soon after. Check your points balance at plenti.com or the mobile app.

A: When you return an item you earned Plenti points on, the points you earned may be deducted from your account.

A: You’ll be able to use points at checkout with certain Plenti partners once you have finished sign-up and your balance reaches 200 points or more. You can use Plenti points toward savings at AT&T company-owned stores, Macy’s, Rite Aid and participating Exxon and Mobil stations. For every 1000 points you earn, you can look forward to at least $10 of savings.

At checkout, simply present your Plenti rewards card and follow the instructions. Or, if you don’t have your card, you’ll need to enter your PIN when giving your phone number to use points at checkout.

A: Yes. With Plenti, you can use the points you earned at one place at another Plenti partner that accepts points For example, earn points at AT&T and use them for savings at Macy’s.

A: You must have finished signing up and also have at least 200 points in your balance to use points. Then, you can generally use the full amount of points in your balance or choose a lesser number of points (so long as you are not using less than 200 points in each transaction). However, at Exxon and Mobil you may be required to use all your points if you want to use them in a given transaction.

A: Generally, there is no limit and the number of points available for use will depend on the number of points in your account and the size of your purchase minus any excluded items.


At Exxon and Mobil stations, there is a maximum of 2,500 Plenti points that can be used per purchase.

A: You’ll need to have finished your sign-up with Plenti, which you can do at Plenti.com or on our mobile app.

You’re eligible to use points once your balance reaches 200 points or more.

A: For your security, you may be asked for your PIN to use points at eligible Plenti partners when you don’t have your Plenti card handy or any time you use Plenti points for savings on a Plenti partner website.

How do you take advantage of offers? First, browse offers on Plenti.com or our mobile app, and activate the ones you like. To earn points, simply present your Plenti card at checkout when making the required purchase(s).

A: As a Plenti member, you will be presented with special relevant offers on the Plenti website, app, and through Plenti emails. To take advantage of these special offers, simply click the offer’s “activate” button for each of the offers you like.

Activating offers will help boost your point balance when you fulfill the offer terms, and influence the offers you receive from Plenti partners in the future. Some offers are “automatic” and do not require activation.

A: When you’re browsing offers at plenti.com or on our mobile app, you may see automatic offers. In Plenti partner stores, you may see signage for an automatic Plenti points offer. For example, a shelf tag near a specific product for purchase at Rite Aid.

Automatic offers work just like other offers except they do not require activation. To take advantage of them, simply present your Plenti card at checkout and meet the offer requirements (such as purchase of a specific item).

A: You can’t deactivate offers. Once an offer is activated, it will remain that way until it’s redeemed or expired. If you don’t want the offer to apply to you, simply do not complete the required purchase or action.

A: Redeem the offers you’ve activated, and check Plenti.com or our mobile app often to see if new ones have been added. Our offers are updated regularly.

A: Our offers are updated regularly, so check often at plenti.com or on our mobile app to see new offers that have been added. The terms of each offer differ, including expiration, so make sure to read each offer’s details.

A: Plenti doesn’t flood you with generic or random offers. You only get offers we think you’ll love. Be sure to finish sign-up at plenti.com or on our mobile app, so you can use your points and enjoy the most relevant offers while earning more points.

A: Plenti provides each member with specially selected offers we think they’ll love. While our system is unable to accommodate individual requests, offers you receive are designed to become more relevant and valuable to you the more you use Plenti.

A: Most offers can be activated and redeemed only once. A few select offers can be redeemed multiple times until expiration. Please read the terms and conditions of each offer for more information.

A: Effective January 24, 2017, Household Offers will not be available. Household Offers will be honored through January 23, 2017.

A: No. Any points you have already earned through Household Offers will remain in your account.

A: Yes! You can continue to earn points on other great offers for household products from certain Plenti partners. Household Offers will be honored through January 23, 2017.

A: After you link your eligible store loyalty cards, household offers allow you to earn Plenti points on groceries, health, personal care and other items with eligible supermarkets and other retailers. Household offers can also be redeemed at Rite Aid.

A: With Plenti, you can activate household offers to earn points at eligible supermarkets and other retailers.

1. Link your store loyalty cards from eligible supermarkets and other retailers at Plenti.com or via our mobile app.

2. Browse and activate household offers here or on our mobile app.

3. Then to redeem, use your linked store loyalty card (not your Plenti card) at some of your favorite supermarkets and other retailers.

A: You can link your eligible store loyalty cards to your Plenti account in the cards section of plenti.com or on our mobile app. You can search by zip code to check which nearby stores are eligible and we will show you all stores within a 10 mile radius. After linking a loyalty card from an eligible store, you can earn points by activating and redeeming household offers when shopping there.

A: You can redeem household offers at eligible supermarkets and other retailers. You can search by zip code here for eligible stores within a 10 mile radius. You can also redeem household offers at Rite Aid.

A: You can redeem most household offers by buying eligible products in one trip. With multi-trip offers, there is an associated spending threshold that can be met in one trip or multiple tripsat Rite Aid or at any store where you have a linked store loyalty card. Here’s how it works:


1. Buy in one visit or many visits – First, activate the multi-trip offer on plenti.com or on our mobile app. Then purchase the item(s) associated with the activated offer in one trip or multiple trips at Rite Aid or at any store where you have a linked store loyalty card. If you purchase in multiple trips, you can purchase at the same or different eligible retailers as long as you use your linked store loyalty card or your Plenti card at Rite Aid.


2. Track your progress – You can track your multi-trip progress toward satisfying the associated spending threshold in the activated offers section of plenti.com or on our mobile app.

A: In order to earn points with a household offer, you must activate the offer in your account before making the purchase. We recommend activating offers you’re interested in as soon as possible, as the brands who sponsor the offers sometimes limit the number of activations per offer, and some popular offers may run out quickly. Activating an offer will ensure that it’s available to you until it expires.

A: Yes, it does need to be in the same transaction. The exception is for offers labeled “multi-trip” which you can redeem over multiple transactions.

A: We will have a new batch of household offers every Thursday, as well as the first of the month. New deals may become available at any time so remember to periodically check your Plenti account.

A: Yes, you will still earn your eligible standard benefits when you shop at eligible supermarkets and other retailers where you've linked your store loyalty card in accordance with the terms and conditions of that supermarket or retailer.

A: Most Plenti points will post to your account within 3 - 5 days, but occasionally points can take as many as 90 days to post. If you believe you are missing Plenti points earned from a household offer, please contact us with the information below so that we can help resolve your issue.

A: If you join Plenti through a particular partner, you may need to complete signing up online. However, your Plenti card will work across all of our partners – even if your card features a specific Plenti partner on the front.

A: You can link store cards to your Plenti account in the Cards section of plenti.com or our mobile app, and check which nearby stores are in our Plenti network. After linking your store cards, you can earn points by activating and redeeming household offers.

A: If you need to change your PIN, you can do so in the Manage Account section of plenti.com or the mobile app.

A: We’re sorry to see you go. If you want to cancel your Plenti account, call us at 1-855-PLENTI1 (1-855-753-6841). Please have your Plenti card number ready when you call. If you cancel your account, any points remaining in your account will immediately be forfeited.

A: Plenti lets up to three members share points in a pooled account. Please note, once you establish a pooled account, points cannot be “unshared.” Should you decide to opt-out of your pooled account, you will be required to cancel your account and relinquish any Plenti points in that pooled account. If you would like to share points with other members, call us at 1-855-PLENTI1 (1-855-753-6841) to get started. Please have your Plenti card number ready when you call.

A: Most Plenti points will post to your account within 3 - 5 days, but occasionally points can take as much as 90 days to post. A: If you do not earn or use Plenti points for 12 consecutive months, we may delink the phone number associated with your account.

A: The Plenti Online Marketplace is an online shopping experience where Plenti members can earn Plenti points for their purchases from hundreds of online retailers.

A: To earn points for online purchases, log on to plenti.com and access the Online Marketplace within the site. The Online Marketplace links to hundreds of online retailers, and when you click any online retailer's listing, you'll be directed to that retailer's website where you can shop and earn Plenti points.


Please Note: In order to earn Plenti points for your purchase, you must follow a link to the merchant’s website directly from Plenti’s Online Marketplace. When on a merchant’s website, do not close your browser until you have completed your purchase. Also, please make sure your browser settings are not blocking cookies from the merchant’s website.


When you shop the Online Marketplace, you can:

• Boost your Plenti points balance

• Take advantage of retailers' discounts and specials

• Access and compare hundreds of retailers through a one-stop shopping website

• Purchase items you might typically buy elsewhere


Note: Plenti points will not be earned on purchases made through a retailer’s mobile app. Make sure to shop through Plenti.com to ensure that you earn points when you shop online.

A: You will earn a different amount of points per dollar at each merchant, and you will earn that rate on most purchases from that merchant. Some exclusions apply, such as tax, shipping, and gift cards.

A: Points earned from the Online Marketplace are posted to your account 3 - 5 days after your purchase ships. These points will then remain pending in your account for 45 days.


For travel purchases like hotels and airlines, your points may not post for up to 45 days after your travel date.

A: If it has been more than 45 days since your purchase, contact us with the following information: the date of transaction, items ordered, retailer name, order number, and amount of your purchase (before taxes and shipping).


Please Note: We can only research orders that were made within the past 180 days. Retailers will not address older order inquiries. Therefore we cannot obtain missing rewards for these purchases, even if they might otherwise have qualified.

A: If you do not see the correct amount posted to your Plenti rewards account after 45 days have passed, contact us and we'll try to resolve the problem.

A: Points earned from purchases are deducted if you return, cancel or otherwise reverse those purchases, or fail to pay for a purchase.

A: Contact the retailer you purchased from via the Online Marketplace. The retailer, not Plenti, is solely responsible for the quality and availability of the product and any customer care inquiries. Plenti does not endorse any of the retailers or any products offered by the retailers.

A: No. Using an offer code not found on Plenti will make you ineligible for rewards.


NOTE: Some Online Marketplace offers require an offer code provided on the Plenti site. In these cases, you will be eligible to receive Plenti rewards points.

A: Yes. The order is tracked when you click from the Plenti site to the retailer site. As long as you don't click away from the retailer site before checkout at the retailer site, your purchase will be tracked and you will get credit for qualifying purchases.

A: Members with AdBlock or AdBlock Plus installed on their computers may not receive Plenti points for purchases made through the Online Marketplace. To ensure you are properly credited points for eligible purchases made through the Online Marketplace site, please add or subscribe to the Online Marketplace filter list. This will allow proper tracking of Plenti points.

A: Enrollment Information: When you become a Plenti member, you provide us with personal information such as name, address, salutation (such as Mr. or Ms.), date of birth, email address and phone number. This information is necessary to clearly identify the owner of your account and protect your points from misuse.


Account Activity: When you participate in Plenti or use your Plenti identifier, you authorize us and our partners to collect information such as your purchases, offers you redeem or other information related to your transactions. Please note, Plenti does not receive detailed information about prescriptions you pick up at Rite Aid.

A: We use your Enrollment Information and Account Activity to personalize offers, evaluate, develop, and promote our partners’ products and services to you. For additional details on how Plenti may use your information, please see our Online Privacy Statement and Consumer Privacy Notice.

A: With your consent, and once you have finished signing up for Plenti, we may share your Enrollment Information with our partners. Though Plenti receives some transaction information from our partners we will never share personally identifiable transaction details with our partners. We may share aggregated reports which combine your account activity information with that of other members with our partners or affiliates (American Express Family of Companies). Such reports will never identify you as an individual. For additional details on how Plenti may share your information, please see our Online Privacy Statement and Consumer Privacy Notice.

A: You may revoke your consent to share your Enrollment Information with partners any time after you join Plenti by accessing the Manage Account section of Plenti.com. Once you revoke your consent, we will no longer share your Enrollment Information with partners. Please note that it may take us up to 5 business days to honor your request. Your revocation will not apply to previously shared data.

A: You can change your marketing communication preferences at any time by accessing the Manage Account section on plenti.com. Please note that the choices you make with Plenti will not impact any marketing preferences made directly with Plenti partners.

A: If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from partners, you must make your choices directly with those partners. Please note that the choices you make with Plenti partners will not impact any marketing preferences made directly with Plenti.

A: You can log in your Plenti account and access the Manage Account section to update or correct your Enrollment Information. You can update most of your information by accessing your Member Profile. If you would like to update your name or birthday please call us at 1-855-PLENTI1.

A: Plenti may use your phone or browser location data to provide you with individualized content such as offers, notifications, and partner locations. If you want to turn off location based tracking, please go to your phone or browser settings.

A: In order to earn Plenti points with AT&T and our other partners, you must first sign up for Plenti. Then, you must link your Plenti card number with your AT&T consumer postpaid wireless account. That will allow you to earn points on eligible purchases at AT&T owned locations.


To earn Plenti points on all eligible merchandise, you must link an active Plenti card account number to an eligible AT&T postpaid consumer wireless account no later than 14 days after the date of the eligible purchase.

You can earn Plenti points on your monthly wireless service if you link your Plenti card number to your active AT&T consumer postpaid wireless account and have your AT&T wireless account enrolled in Paperless billing and AutoPay by the 10th of the month. You will then earn 50 Plenti points per month for each eligible wireless line (up to 6 lines).


To earn Plenti points on your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet, DIRECTV or U-verse TV service, you must link your Plenti card number to your active AT&T consumer postpaid wireless account enrolled in Paperless billing and AutoPay, and have your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet, DIRECTV, or U-verse TV account enrolled in Paperless billing and AutoPay by the 10th of the month. You will then earn 100 Plenti points per month on your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and 100 Plenti points per month on your DIRECTV or U-verse TV services in addition to your monthly wireless Plenti points.

A: Only one Plenti account can be linked to an AT&T account. The primary account holder or an authorized user is able to link an account. Whichever Plenti account is linked will earn all the points from each line on the account.

A: Plenti points can be earned at AT&T Company stores, att.com and other AT&T-owned locations such as AT&T call centers for eligible wireless devices and accessories that are paid for at the time of purchase. Purchases of wireless devices and accessories from any location other than an AT&T company store or an AT&T owned location, such as from AT&T Authorized Retailers, that are paid for at the time of purchase are not eligible to earn Plenti points. You must remain active and in good-standing with AT&T for 15 days after an eligible purchase to receive Plenti points for that purchase. A: Currently, you may only earn Plenti points on AT&T consumer postpaid wireless services and on devices, accessories and other products at AT&T owned locations.

A: Yes! Plenti points can be used on eligible purchases like devices, wearables and accessories at AT&T stores, and for savings on your monthly wireless bill.
