What is changing with the Plenti program?

The Plenti program will end on July 10, 2018. On that date, any unredeemed Plenti points will expire.


Can I still earn points?

Members will continue to have access to any available points and can use those points for savings on eligible purchases at participating Exxon and Mobil gas stations, Rite Aid stores and BI-LO, Winn-Dixie, and Harveys supermarkets. On July 10, 2018, the Plenti program will end. On that date, any unredeemed Plenti points will expire.


As always, members need to complete enrollment in Plenti and have at least 200 points to use points for savings.


How long do I have to use points?

After May 3, 2018, members can no longer use points for savings at Chili's and Macy's.

Members can continue to use Plenti points for savings for eligible purchases at participating Exxon and Mobil gas stations, Rite Aid stores and participating BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys, and Winn-Dixie supermarkets through July 10, 2018.

As always, members need to complete enrollment in Plenti and have at least 200 points to use points for savings.


Until what time can I redeem Plenti points on July 10, 2018?

You can use points for savings on eligible purchases at participating Rite Aid stores, BI-LO, Harveys, Winn-Dixie and Fresco y Mas supermarkets, and Exxon and Mobil locations through 11:59 pm Eastern Time on July 10, 2018.


What will happen to my points after the program ends?

After July 10, 2018, any unredeemed Plenti points will expire. You should use your Plenti points by July 10, 2018.

Exxon and Mobil, and BI-LO, Winn-Dixie, Harveys and Fresco y Mas will replace, at a minimum, any unredeemed Plenti points earned at their respective locations between May 10, 2018 and July 10, 2018 with new points in their new programs. The issuance of replacement points could take two weeks or more once the Plenti program ends.


If I am missing points, how long do I have to make a missing point claim?

Most often Plenti points will post to your account within 3-5 days. Members can file a missing point claim by calling Plenti at 1-855-753-6841 through July 10, 2018.

If I return an item that I purchased using points after a partner has left the program, how will I receive a refund?

If you purchased an item using points and then returned the item after the partner left the Plenti program, in some cases you may be issued a store credit. If you have questions about the refund policy, please reach out to the individual partner where you made the purchase.

What will happen to my personal information after the Plenti program ends?

American Express, as the operator of Plenti, will continue to use, share and protect your personal information in accordance with the Plenti Consumer Privacy Notice and Plenti Online Privacy Statement. For example, we may continue to use and share your personal information to service your account or respond to legal inquiries.

If you previously consented to share your personal information with Plenti partners, they will treat your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.


Can I still revoke consent to share my personal information with Plenti partners after the Plenti program ends?

You may revoke your consent to share your personal information with our partners through July 10, 2018 by updating your privacy choices by accessing the Manage Account section of Plenti.com or by calling 1-855-PLENTI1. Please note that your revocation will not apply to previously shared data.

After July 10, 2018, your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to update your account including your privacy choices.


What if I no longer want to receive marketing from specific partners after the Plenti program ends?

You must go directly to each partner to make any changes to your marketing elections. The marketing choices made directly with one Plenti partner do not impact other partners. Additionally, the privacy choices you previously made with Plenti do not impact any marketing choices made directly with Plenti partners.
