What registration information does Plenti collect about me?

Registration Information collected by Plenti falls into two main categories —

Registration Information: When you become a Plenti member, you provide us with personal information such as name, address, salutation (such as Mr. or Ms.), date of birth, email address and phone number as part of your General Account info. This information is necessary to clearly identify the owner of your account and protect it from misuse.

Account Activity: When you participate in Plenti or link existing partner loyalty cards, or use your Plenti identifier, you authorize us and our partners to collect information such as your purchases, offers you redeem or other information related to your transactions in order to earn and use points.

Please note, Plenti does not receive detailed information about prescriptions you pick up at Rite Aid.

How does Plenti use my information?

We use your Registration Information and Account Activity to personalize offers, evaluate, develop, and promote the partners' products and services that might interest you most. With whom does Plenti share my information?

With your consent, and once you have finished signing up for Plenti, we may share your registration information with our partners.Though Plenti receives some transaction information from our partners we will never share personally identifiable transaction details with our partners.

We may also create aggregated reports which combine your account activity information with that of other members to share with our partners or affiliates (American Express Family of Companies). Such reports will never identify you as an individual.

What if I no longer want to receive marketing from Plenti or specific partners?

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from Plenti, you can change your marketing communication preferences at any time by accessing the Manage Account section on Plenti.com. Please note that the choices you make with Plenti will not impact any marketing preferences made directly with Plenti partners you must go directly to those partner accounts to make any changes. The marketing preferences for one will not impact the others.

How does Plenti use my phone or browser location data?

Plenti may use your phone or browser location data to provide you with individualized content such as offers, notifications, and partner locations. If you want to turn off location based tracking, please go to your phone or browser settings.
