It’s absolutely no problem if you lose or damage your Plenti card. You can still earn Plenti rewards points when you shop with select partners by entering your phone number and/or Plenti PIN (depending on the merchant).
If you want a replacement card, click the link at the top of your Manage Account page, and you'll receive one within 10-14 business days.
Just be sure to note, if your card is reported missing, your digital card will stop working until you receive a new physical card. Once that is activated, your digital card will be updated automatically and available for use.
