What is changing with Direct Energy and Plenti?

After December 31, 2017, Direct Energy will no longer participate in the Plenti program. Until then, Plenti members can continue to earn points on eligible purchases at Direct Energy provided they have linked their Plenti account to their Direct Energy account before December 1, 2017. After December 31, 2017, members will have access to any available Plenti points that have not expired and can use those points for savings on eligible purchases at participating Exxon and Mobil gas stations, Rite Aid stores, participating Chili’s restaurants, Macy’s department stores and BI-LO, Winn-Dixie, and Harveys supermarkets.

What happens to the points I’ve already earned at Direct Energy?

You can still use any available points that have not expired for savings at participating Exxon and Mobil gas stations, Rite Aid stores, participating Chili’s restaurants, Macy’s department stores and BI-LO, Winn-Dixie, and Harveys supermarkets. Will I still be able to use the Plenti card I got from Direct Energy or do I need to get a new card?

Yes, you can continue to use the card you got from Direct Energy at participating Plenti partners. There is no need to get a new card.

Can I still earn Plenti points at Direct Energy?

Yes. Members may continue to earn Plenti points on eligible purchases at Direct Energy through December 31, 2017.
