How does Plenti with work my Emerald Club account and other loyalty programs?
You can only earn rewards with one loyalty program per reservation at National. If you are an Emerald Club member, you cannot earn both Emerald Club rental credits and Plenti points for the same rental. This is also true if you elected to earn rewards with another loyalty program accepted by National other than Plenti.
In order to earn Plenti points with an Emerald Club reservation you must add your Plenti card number to your Emerald Club profile. To do so, just log into Emerald Club, select “Reward: Miles / Points.” On the “Rewards Preferences” page select “Miles / Points” and choose Plenti from the drop-down menu and add your Plenti card number. You will now earn Plenti points for each reservation made with your Emerald Club account.
If you have questions on whether your reservation is earning Plenti points or another type of loyalty reward, please call the National service center at 1-800-468-3334. Prior to picking up your reservation you may call the customer service center and request that you receive Plenti points instead of the alternative loyalty program you selected. If you have already picked up your rental and chose a rewards program other than Plenti, you will be unable to change the loyalty program you earn rewards with on that specific rental.
Always make sure you have your Plenti card number available when you pick up your rental. You will need to provide your Plenti card number at the time of pick-up even if you provided it at the time of reservation.
