How do I change my registration information?

You can change your registration information in the Manage Account section on Plenti.com or on the mobile app. For account security, if you would like to change your name or date of birth please call us at 1-855-PLENTI1 (1-855-753-6841). Please have your Plenti card number ready when you call.

I’ve been locked out of my account. How do I get back in?

Usually Plenti members are locked out due to too many failed login attempts. You can either wait 24 hours and try again, or call 1-855-PLENTI1 (1-855-753-6841) to unlock your account.

What if I forgot my Plenti password or PIN?

If you forgot your Plenti password or your PIN number, click the respective link and follow the prompts to reset it. If you’re still having problems, call us at 1-855-PLENTI1 (1-855-753-6841) and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I update my Plenti password or PIN?

Updating your Plenti password or PIN is simple, and you can do so in the Manage Account section of Plenti.com or the mobile app.

Why do I need a Plenti PIN?

For your security, you may be asked for your Plenti PIN number, along with your phone number, in order to use points at eligible Plenti partners when you don’t have your Plenti card handy. You may also need it when you shop online through a Plenti partner.

If you haven’t already, go to Manage Account to set your four-digit Plenti PIN.

Is there a way I can access my Plenti account on my phone?

You can log into Plenti.com to access offers on the go and find Plenti partners nearest you.

Can I link my other loyalty cards and accounts to Plenti?

When you sign up for Plenti, you’ll be asked if you want to link your Plenti account to your existing partner loyalty cards and accounts to earn and redeem rewards points.

Linking cards and accounts varies by partner. Some of our partners require that you link your Plenti account to their loyalty program or service account, while others only need your card at checkout, so please check our partners page for details. Do I save more money if I link Plenti to my other loyalty cards?

Yes, if you link your existing partner loyalty cards to your Plenti account, you will have more opportunities to earn rewards points than if you did not, which translate into savings at checkout. Some partners even provide special offers only available if you link accounts. Learn how to link Plenti to your other loyalty accounts.

Can I transfer another store loyalty card’s points over to Plenti?

Generally no, you cannot transfer an existing store loyalty account’s points over to Plenti. The Membership Rewards® from American Express is the only current partner that can transfer existing program points into Plenti points. See our partners page at Plenti.com for details.

What happens if I don’t use Plenti?

If you do not earn or use Plenti points for 12 consecutive months, we may delink the phone number associated with your account.

Additionally, if you don’t use your Plenti points within 2 years, they will expire and disappear from your account.

How do I cancel my account?

We’re sorry to see you go. If you want to cancel your Plenti account, call us at 1-855-PLENTI1 (1-855-753-6841). Please have your Plenti card number ready when you call. If you cancel your account, any points remaining in your account will immediately be forfeited.
