What do I do if I didn’t earn Plenti points on a Enterprise reservation I made with my Plenti card number?
Call the Enterprise service center at 1-800-264-6350 to confirm that your Plenti card number was added to the reservation. You may add your Plenti card number to a reservation up to six months after you return your rental car. If the call center is unable to add your Plenti card number to the reservation, your rental may not have been eligible to earn Plenti points. See all eligible rental types here.
