Exclusions

You may not earn Plenti points on: taxes, shipping, the value of any discounts or coupons, or any items prohibited by law.

You may not use Plenti points to discount: prepaid cards, lottery tickets, cash equivalents (such as money orders, money transfers and travelers’ checks) or items prohibited by law.

Each company may have additional items that are not eligible for the earning and/or using of Plenti points. Additionally, they may require you to meet certain specified conditions before you can earn or use Plenti points with them. See below for details on each company’s specific exclusions and conditions and, where applicable, a link to their specific terms and conditions.

Each company’s specific terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and are effective when posted on their website. The descriptions below do not replace the Plenti Program Terms and Conditions (which can be found at plenti.com/terms). Plenti is not responsible for the exclusions and/or the company’s specific terms and conditions described below.

AT&T

You cannot earn Plenti points at AT&T for: gift cards, prepaid refills, purchases of prepaid minutes, prepaid services, U-verse services, Digital Life Services, insurance products and services (including premiums and deductibles), taxes, fees, government assessments, surcharges, shipping and any other non-wireless services.

General conditions on earning Plenti points: To earn Plenti points, an authorized user must link an active Plenti card number to a registered myAT&T account within 14 days of an eligible transaction.

Using Points with AT&T: You may only use your points in AT&T company-owned retail locations. Plenti points are not available to be used online or for merchandise that is not in stock at an AT&T company-owned retail location. You cannot use Plenti points at AT&T for: Gift cards, items that are added to your bill, items paid for in installments, down payments, prepaid purchases, deposits, AT&T Next Pay Up or Pay Off payments, and merchandise that is not in-stock, must be direct fulfilled, or that is purchased online and shipped to store. You must have finished signing up and have a minimum of 200 points. Points expire after 2 years.

Conditions on earning Plenti points for purchases: To earn Plenti points on eligible purchases of merchandise, an authorized user must link an active Plenti card account number to an eligible AT&T postpaid consumer wireless account no later than 14 days after the date of the eligible purchase. That will allow you to earn points on eligible purchases at AT&T company-owned locations. You must remain active and in good-standing with AT&T for 30 days after an eligible purchase to receive Plenti points for that purchase. If within 14 days you return your purchase, it will not be eligible to receive Plenti points.

Conditions on earning Plenti points for monthly bill charges:To earn points on eligible charges on your AT&T monthly wireless bill, you must link an active Plenti card account number to an eligible AT&T postpaid consumer wireless account, be currently enrolled in Paperless billing, AutoPay, and have an AT&T account in good standing on the 10th day of the month. To receive points for your consumer AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet, DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts, you must have at least one wireless account in good standing that is linked to your Plenti card account number and is enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless billing, and your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts must also be enrolled in AutoPay (Auto Bill Pay for DIRECTV customers) and Paperless billing and be in good standing as of the tenth day of the month to start earning each month. In addition, if your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV bills are not combined with your AT&T consumer wireless service bill, then the AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and TV account(s) must have the same last name and service address as the consumer wireless account in order to qualify to receive Plenti points for those accounts.

Eligible purchases : You must authenticate or login to the AT&T account linked to your Plenti account in order for the purchase to be eligible. Eligible purchases include accessories, devices, and other products sold at participating locations. You will earn points only for the amount paid at the time of purchase exclusive of taxes, fees, shipping charges and charges added to your wireless bill.

Additional exclusions: In addition to the exclusions listed above, you will not receive points for bill payments and items added to your bill such as device installment payments (AT&T Next and tablet) and service charges.

Participating Locations: Includes AT&T-company owned retail locations and att.com, AT&T Care, and AT&T call centers. Excludes purchases at Cricket, AT&T authorized retailers, and other non-owned AT&T company-owned retail locations. Chili's

Plenti points can only be earned and used on food and non-alcoholic beverages at participating locations.

You cannot earn or use Plenti points on tax, gift cards, gratuities or any other goods or services.

Exxon and Mobil

You cannot earn Plenti points at Exxon and Mobil branded service stations for: tobacco, lottery, cash back, gift cards, money order, membership/loyalty, financial prepaid cards, aviation and marine fuels, milk (Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Maine only), negative transactions, fees, miscellaneous prepaid products, and tax. In addition, you cannot earn Plenti points on alcohol in the following states and elsewhere where prohibited by applicable law or regulation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CT, DE, HI, KY, LA, ME, MS, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SD, TX, and UT.

You cannot use Plenti points at Exxon and Mobil branded service stations for: tobacco, lottery, cash back, money order, membership/loyalty, financial prepaid cards, aviation and marine fuels, and milk (Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Maine only). In addition, you cannot use Plenti points on alcohol in the following states and elsewhere where prohibited by applicable law or regulation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CT, DE, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, and WI.

Additional limitations on program availability at Exxon and Mobil: at certain participating Exxon and Mobil stations, Plenti points may only be earned or used for purchases made outside and not for purchases at the convenience store. These stations are noted with “Plenti points for fuel only” in FuelFinder, as well as with signage at the register in the convenience store.

Macy's

You cannot earn Plenti points at Macy’s and macys.com for: Macy’s Gift Cards, payments and credits on any Macy’s accounts, purchases at restaurants/food service establishments within Macy’s stores that do not use Macy’s point of sale registers, sales tax, charitable fees and purchases, delivery and shipping fees, parking fees, service fees, services, car care services, policy adjustments, special order deposits, special event tickets, restocking fees, bag fees, gift wrap fees, fixture purchases, facility charges, catering purchases, civil recovery fees, non-refundable deposits (e.g., bottle deposits), travel, design consulting fees, tips, purchases made at going out of business sales, and purchases at Macy’s clearance centers. Plenti points will not be earned on purchases from the following leased departments: Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Longchamp and Gucci. Points will be earned on purchases from Stride Rite leased departments only if using a Macy’s Credit Card, Macy’s Gift Card, or linked Macy’s American Express Card and at e.Spot vending machines only if using a linked Macy's American Express Card. Points cannot be earned on macys.com purchases shipped outside the U.S. unless the purchase is made with a linked Macy’s American Express Card.

You cannot earn Plenti points when using the Macy's American Express Card outside of Macy's for: cash advances, balance transfers, the use of convenience checks, wire transfers, foreign currency, purchase of money orders, traveler's checks, civil recovery fees, non-refundable deposits (e.g. bottle deposits), lottery tickets, betting (including, but not limited to pari-mutuel, casino, gaming chips, off-track betting, and wagers at race tracks), tax payments of any kind, purchases of merchandise or services provided by third parties (which we may offer from time to time to accountholders) and franchise locations not owned by Macy's.

You cannot use Plenti points at Macy’s and macys.com for: gift cards, furniture, rug and mattress purchases through macys.com, certificates, cash or cash equivalent, payments on any account including a Macy’s account, restaurants/food service establishments within Macy’s stores that do not use Macy’s point of sale registers, Stride Rite, catering, e.Spot vending machines, store services and merchandise or services purchased at point of sale locations not owned by Macy’s.

Nationwide

Plenti points can be earned for your auto and home insurance payments in certain states. For a complete list of which insurance products and states are eligible and any other state-specific conditions, please click here. Offers may provide additional ways to earn Plenti at Nationwide. The terms and conditions of each offer will set forth any exclusions or eligibility requirements.

Currently, Nationwide does not offer eligible insurance products in the following states: Massachusetts, Louisiana, New Mexico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

It is not possible to use Plenti points at Nationwide at this time.

Rite Aid

Plenti points can only be earned on select products at Rite Aid through either in store offers that do not require activation or online offers that you activate. The products on which Plenti points can be earned are determined by Rite Aid and will change from time to time.

You cannot earn Plenti points at Rite Aid for: tax, shipping, tobacco products, alcohol, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, newspapers, stamps, other mail services, dairy products, prescription items and prescription co-pays paid for in whole or part by state or federal healthcare programs, prescriptions filled in New York or New Jersey, items distributed by Moran Foods or Save A Lot Food Stores and for items prohibited by law.

You cannot use Plenti points at Rite Aid for: tobacco products, alcohol, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, stamps, other mail services, prescriptions and prescription co-pays and for items prohibited by law.

Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Alamo Rent a Car and National Car Rental

At Enterprise, Alamo and National locations, you can only earn Plenti points on the “time and mileage” portion of your car rental charges, which is determined by the duration of your rental and the distance traveled. You cannot earn Plenti points on other portions of your car rental charges, including fees for such things as additional drivers, optional equipment, protection products (including insurance), fuel service options, government tax surcharges, underage fees, drop fees, concession fees, airport fees, and one-way rental fees.

It is not possible to use Plenti points at Enterprise, Alamo or National at this time.

Direct Energy

Plenti points may only be earned for qualifying residential retail energy plans offered under the “Direct Energy” brand. Such residential retail energy plans are currently available only in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, as well as Washington D.C. Please see the Direct Energy website for availability in your area.

To earn points on Eligible Energy Charges in Direct Energy states excluding Texas: Only valid for existing residential customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington D.C. Customers residing in one of the foregoing states must link their Plenti card number to their Direct Energy account within thirty (30) days to earn 1 Plenti point on eligible energy charges for every $1 spent. Plenti points can be earned on all Direct Energy supply charges (includes commodity charges) on a qualifying residential energy plan. Taxes and other utility fees and charges are not eligible. Points are not earned on late payment charges, collection recovery fees, or insufficient fund fees. Must be a customer in good standing. If behind on your bill payment, then points will not be earned. You will earn points on eligible energy charges again after you are current on bill payment. Plenti points will be credited to your Plenti account approximately fourteen (14) days after your monthly billing statement has been issued. You must provide and maintain a valid email address with Direct Energy.

To earn points on Eligible Energy Charges in Texas: Only valid for existing residential customers in Texas. Texas customers must link their Plenti card number to their Direct Energy account within thirty (30) days to earn 1 Plenti point on eligible energy charges for every $1 spent. Eligible charges include commodity, Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) charges, and taxes on a qualifying residential energy plan. Plenti points are not earned on late payment charges, collection recovery fees, or insufficient fund fees. Must be a customer in good standing. If behind on your bill payment, then points will not be earned. You will earn points on eligible energy charges again after you are current on bill payment. Plenti points will be credited to your Plenti account approximately fourteen (14) days after your monthly billing statement has been issued. You must provide and maintain a valid email address with Direct Energy.

Plenti points may not be earned on any other services, including Direct Energy’s Home Services, HVAC, electrical repair, plumbing services and home protection plans.

It is not possible to use Plenti points at Direct Energy.

Harveys

You cannot earn or use Plenti points for: taxes, tobacco, prepaid reloadable cards, money orders, postage stamps, event tickets, lottery tickets, fuel, propane, check cashing fees, utility payments, home phone service, Western Union, copy or fax machine service, vending machines, charitable donations, delivery charges or fund-raising activities. You cannot earn Plenti points on prescriptions paid for in whole or in part by any state or federal health insurance program, including Medicare and Medicaid, or where prohibited by law.


You cannot use Plenti points on prescriptions or for alcohol in GA, NC and SC.
