You cannot earn Plenti points at AT&T for: gift cards, prepaid refills, purchases of prepaid minutes, prepaid services, U-verse services, Digital Life Services, insurance products and services (including premiums and deductibles), taxes, fees, government assessments, surcharges, shipping and any other non-wireless services.
General conditions on earning Plenti points: To earn Plenti points, an authorized user must link an active Plenti card number to a registered myAT&T account within 14 days of an eligible transaction.
Using Points with AT&T: You may only use your points in AT&T company-owned retail locations. For some redemptions, verification by Plenti may be required. Plenti points are not available to be used online or for merchandise that is not in stock at an AT&T company-owned retail location. You cannot use Plenti points at AT&T for: Gift cards, items that are added to your bill, items paid for in installments, down payments, prepaid purchases, deposits, AT&T Next Pay Up or Pay Off payments, and merchandise that is not in-stock, must be direct fulfilled, or that is purchased online and shipped to store. You must have finished signing up and have a minimum of 200 points. Points expire after 2 years.
Conditions on earning Plenti points for purchases: To earn Plenti points on eligible purchases of merchandise, an authorized user must link an active Plenti card account number to an eligible AT&T postpaid consumer wireless account no later than 14 days after the date of the eligible purchase. That will allow you to earn points on eligible purchases at AT&T company-owned locations. You must remain active and in good-standing with AT&T for 30 days after an eligible purchase to receive Plenti points for that purchase. If within 14 days you return your purchase, it will not be eligible to receive Plenti points. No more than five AT&T accounts can be linked to a single Plenti card number.
Conditions on earning Plenti points for monthly bill charges:To earn points on eligible charges on your AT&T monthly wireless bill, you must link an active Plenti card account number to an eligible AT&T postpaid consumer wireless account, be currently enrolled in Paperless billing, AutoPay, and have an AT&T account in good standing on the 10th day of the month. To receive points for your consumer AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet, DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts, you must have at least one wireless account in good standing that is linked to your Plenti card account number and is enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless billing, and your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts must also be enrolled in AutoPay (Auto Bill Pay for DIRECTV customers) and Paperless billing and be in good standing as of the tenth day of the month to start earning each month. No more than five AT&T accounts can be linked to a single Plenti card number. In addition, if your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV bills are not combined with your AT&T consumer wireless service bill, then the AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and TV account(s) must have the same last name and service address as the consumer wireless account in order to qualify to receive Plenti points for those accounts.
Eligible purchases : You must authenticate or login to the AT&T account linked to your Plenti account in order for the purchase to be eligible. Eligible purchases include accessories, devices, and other products sold at participating locations. You will earn points only for the amount paid at the time of purchase exclusive of taxes, fees, shipping charges and charges added to your wireless bill.
Additional exclusions: In addition to the exclusions listed above, you will not receive points for bill payments and items added to your bill such as device installment payments (AT&T Next and tablet) and service charges.
Participating Locations: Includes AT&T-company owned retail locations and att.com, AT&T Care, and AT&T call centers. Excludes purchases at Cricket, AT&T authorized retailers, and other non-owned AT&T company-owned retail locations.
